We provide integrated Advisory & Brokings services to support and nurture companies from start-up to fl otation. Our Corporate Broking service covers fl otations, rights issues,

placings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and disposals. Within Corporate Finance we have Nominated Advisor status for companies on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Market Making

Hoodless Brennan plc is one of the leading market makers in the AIM and PLUS Markets market, making markets in more than 150 companies. We help provide liquidity in the shares of many of our corporate clients, who often see this as a valuable way of widening and maintaining a broad shareholder base.

Institutional Sales

Complementing the private equity team is the Institutional Sales department which provides a full agency broking service to institutional investors specialising in the small cap

sector, including pension funds, insurance companies, and venture capital trusts.

Venture Funding

Our Venture Funding department gives clients access to funding at the pre-IPO stage. We have a network of high net worth individuals, business angels and venture capitalists. Typically, these investments are made in the year leading up to IPO.
