Experienced Stockbrokers (£AAE)

We are looking to recruit experienced retail client stockbrokers and Broking Managers, to join our team, servicing clients in smaller quoted companies and/or the FTSE 350. Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have a portable client base and must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market.

Research Analyst

Description & Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • To take responsibility for a given industrial, commercial classification sector
  • To gain profound understanding of the economic influences on that sector
  • Technological appreciation and understanding of the businesses in the sector

  • Be able to write authoritative reports in detail and summary highlighting the commercial advantages and disadvantages together with financial expectations of companies within that sector(s).

 

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications include: 

 

  • To have an understanding of the entire main macro-economic, industrial and company specific drivers/themes which will influence the financial value of a company and its equity performance relative to its peers and the equity market generally.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, financial analysis and valuation techniques.
  • Research report writing skills
  • A good understanding of the equity market, sectors and company specific knowledge.
  • Knowledge of equity valuation techniques, financial modeling skills and interpretation of financial statements.

  • Marketing and presentation skills
