How do I credit money to my account?
You can deposit money via the WorldPay link using a debit card and be trading in minutes. If you wish to sell shares you already hold these will need to be deposited with us before you can trade, taking an average two weeks.

How do I get money back from my account?
For online accounts you can log into your account online and request a refund through the ‘Money’ section of your account. If you have an advisory account please contact your broker to request a refund. Funds are usually sent direct to your bank account by BACS transfer and take three days to be received into your account.

To send us share certificates you need to download, print and complete a CREST Transfer Form

How can I find the Registrar contact details to check my shares?
You can find a list of Registrars and their contact details by clicking here. You can also check 'Ex-Dates' with the Registrar if you intend to sell near a Dividend date or trade a share that you wish to be included in a Corporate Action.

How do I transfer shares to you from another broker?
To arrange transfer from another broker to us please write to the broker quoting your account details with us and instruct them to transfer the appropriate shares to us from them. You need to quote your account details to them and the exact holdings you wish to transfer to us.
The broker concerned will then contact us and arrange transfer to us, usually taking 5-10 working days.

Can I hold my existing shares in my account ?
Yes. Your shares will be held on a CREST nominee account for safe and easy access. This will enable you to see from your portfolio exactly how many shares you hold and to be able to sell when you want without delay and not face the risk of losing your certificates in the post when you do want to trade. To lodge shares onto your account send us your certificate(s) and remember to sign the back of the certificate and we will arrange the rest.
